This popular fall tradition transforms the scenic waters around Bokeelia into a competitive angler’s paradise. Hosted at the historic Tarpon Lodge over 2 days, this exclusive event is limited to roofing contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers who cast their lines in pursuit of bragging rights and impressive prizes. Proceeds from the tournament support industry scholarships and charitable efforts, including Blessings In A Backpack.

What to Expect

  • Inshore tournament format—targeting Redfish
  • Prizes awarded for the biggest catch, slam divisions, and more
  • Captain’s Dinner the night before tournament day
  • Raffle prizes, sponsor giveaways, and great company
  • Proceeds support SWFRCA scholarships and local outreach programs

Tournament Dates: September 26 & 27
Tournament Fees: $250 per Angler;
Calcutta Fee: $100 cash / per boat (collected on 1st day of tournament)

Schedule:

  • Friday, September 26
    • 4-6 p.m. Tournament Check In
    • 6-7 p.m. Cocktail Party, Open Bar
    • 7-9 p.m. Dinner, Rules (Captains Meeting), Cash Bar
  • Saturday, September 27
    • 6:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast available at Tarpon Lodge
    • 8 a.m. Honor Start, Lines in Water
    • 4 p.m. Lines out of water
    • 5:30–6:30 p.m. Cocktail Party, Open Bar
    • 6:30-8:30 p.m. Appetizers, Dinner, Awards
