Contractors Association
SWFRCA is a professional trade association comprised of licensed roofing contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and related associate members dedicated to representing the interests of the roofing industry
in Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties, since 1979. SWFRCA is an affiliate organization of the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRSA).
Our Purpose
The purpose of the SWFRCA is to cultivate and support a high standard of business practices among members and educate the public of the importance of doing business with competent and licensed roofing contractors.
The organization strives to improve and raise awareness of the industry through networking, exchange of ideas, community volunteerism and charitable support as well as lobbying local and state government and regulatory agencies.
Our Structure
SWFRCA is a non-profit trade association which is governed by a Board of Directors, who work hard representing the interests of its members. The officers and directors of the board are composed of SWFRCA
members only. They meet once a month to discuss and oversee the many projects, social activities, and fundraisers planned each year.
Mission Statement
Southwest Florida Roofing Contractors Association’s mission is to provide the community with an organization that will foster and encourage a higher standard of business ethics, conduct and quality workmanship, with a focus on promoting competent licensed firms.
Affiliate Council
Southwest Florida Roofing Contractors Association (SWFRCA) is part of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association, Inc. affiliate council. There are 14 local roofing and sheet metal associations that make up this council. Our affiliates are located in major metropolitan areas of the state. As an FRSA Affiliate Member, we are given a seat on the FRSA Board of Directors.
The Council creates an opportunity for each association to discuss local issues affecting the roofing industry, to discuss policies and regulations by region and to present to the FRSA Board of Directors policy and legislative suggestions.
